Lines of Credit of $10,000 to $500MM+; Generally, 1-to-3-year commitment term. Working capital financing varies from 90 days to 1 year, with the potential for medium term permanent working capital loans of 3 to 5 years.

A/R AND PURCHASE ORDER FINANCING

A/R financing of $25,000 to $500MM+; Usually annually renewed commitment, however, some lenders may be willing to commit to periods of up to 3 years. P. O. Financing of $50,000 to $5,000,000.

$5,000 to $250MM+; Term is usually up to 5 years, but occasionally longer. It largely depends on type of equipment and financial strength of the borrower.

Up to $5,000,000; Term of up to 25 years. We work with lenders that are active in the 7(a) program, the SBA Express Loan program and the SBA 504 program.

$10,000 up to $50MM+. This is short-term financing subject to the assignment of the receivables to be created under the related contract.

Will assist in arranging financing for both commercial owner-occupied and commercial investment properties. Financing up to $500MM+. Terms generally 25-30 years amortization with periodic 3-to-7-year interest rate maturity revision.

Up to $500 Million. Equity in the project is required of the borrower, however financing may include land acquisition costs as well as project development expenses.

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT FINANCING

$10,000 to $10MM+. Payment terms vary. Funds may be used for a variety of purposes, including restaurant acquisition, expansion of space, equipment, renovation, working capital, marketing & rebranding, expansion of services into catering.

$10,000 to $25MM+; Generally, 25-to-30-year amortization with 3-to-7-year interest rate maturity revision. There are relatively few restrictions on how the funds are used. Most often they are used for renovation, expansion and acquisition of additional property.

NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION FINANCING

FAITH-BASED ENTITY (CHURCHES, TEMPLES, SYNAGOGUES) FINANCING

FAITH-BASED ENTITY (CHURCHES, TEMPLES, SYNAGOGUES) FINANCING

$10,000 to $25MM+; Repayment terms vary.  Funds can be used for a very wide variety of purposes, including payroll, expansion, property acquisition, building or expanding headquarters location, working capital, initiating new programs, and more.
