SHN Capital ("SHN"), formerly known as Shenandoah Capital formed in 2014, is a financial intermediary specializing in arranging credit for organizations located in the U.S. SHN is not a lender. With decades of experience meeting the financial needs of clients, the people at SHN have worked with organizations in over 100 different industries. They have worked with both privately and publicly owned organizations, service companies, retailers, manufacturers, real estate-based companies, technology-based companies, companies focused on the private sector as well as firms that are public sector focused, faith-based organizations such as churches, temples and synagogues, organizations in the higher education marketplace such as colleges and universities, as well as other types of nonprofit organizations.
SHN combines the best of both worlds: the attentive, client-focused approach of a small firm with the formidable financing capabilities afforded by its partnerships and alliances with major financial intermediaries. This powerful combination, supported by a robust network of 300+ lenders domestically and 1000+ lenders globally, enables SHN to arrange individual financings of up to $1B+, ensuring that even the most ambitious financing needs can be met with precision and efficiency.
SHN's Process
SHN's funding sources consist of traditional sources such as commercial banks, credit unions and savings banks. SHN also has non-traditional funding sources through which it can become more creative in filling the financing needs of its clients. SHN begins the process by learning about the client organization, its financial condition, borrowing needs and credit history. SHN gathers and reviews the client's financial information. If SHN determines that the client is unlikely to qualify for financing from traditional sources, it will seek financing through non-bank lenders. Note: SHN does not arrange equity capital for its clients.
